identify it?
Amaranthus retroflexus is an annual plant of the Amaranthaceae family
native to North and Central America. Edible with alternate leaves, simple in
shape, flowers in spike or petiole, green. It blooms from July to October with
a length of 20 to 90 cm. Stems and branches hairy reddish. Leaves are light
green, oval, long stems, small dense evergreen flowers. The fruits are oval in
shape, and contain small, shiny black seeds.
